Thermo-Optimized Voltage Regulator (RENATO)

 Thermooptimized regulators “RENATO” are intended for automatic voltage support of AC alternator.

The regulators are used in cars and trucks with alternator exciting winding connected with positive circuit.

The regulators provide optimum battery charging depending on battery acid temperature (with the help of thermosensor settled on the positive terminal of the battery) and control charging voltage at limits from 13,6V to 14,7V.  This prolongs  life cycle of the battery.

Depending on alternator type the regulators are supplied in different modifications (either brush unit with regulator or  integral voltage regulator with cables and pins). Socket for the pins is included separately.  The set also includes: connective cable with thermosensor and socket for operation at thermooptimized mode, socket with resistor  for operation at regular mode or for operation when thermosensor is out of order.

Thermooptimized regulators “RENATO” are used instead of regular ones in case regular regulators do not operate satisfactorily.
