Solid State Relays

Solid state relay is a semi-conductor electronic device realized on the bases of MOSFET transistor, controlled by PWM. It is intended for 12V DC. The relay provides noiseless operation and has longer life cycle compared with electromagnetic relays. Smooth ON/OFF function allows to use the relay for the purpose of protection of different devices from the current drops. Polarity of the hard body relay is “30" - plus, “87"- minus. Different ON/OFF time is possible.
